The event will take place on October 30, 2025, at the El Central restaurant inside La Rural in Buenos Aires. There, a jury made up of Meat Sommeliers, international specialists, and qualified consumers will evaluate and award the most outstanding cuts worldwide.
The competition is open to producers, meatpacking plants, and companies from around the world that wish to position their products on an international stage and showcase the quality of their meats.

The competing cuts are Striploin and Ribeye, with entries accepted from grass-fed or grain-fed animals, each evaluated within its respective category.
Participants must submit one whole Striploin and/or one whole Ribeye, and Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals will be awarded for each feeding type. Sample submissions are already open and will be accepted until October 1, 2025.
