CMDC® QUALITY WEEK
A new stage of the World Meat Championship, bringing judging sessions to specialized meat restaurants and hotels across the country, expanding the evaluation process and further strengthening the competition’s rigorous standards.
A New Evaluation Stage
CMDC® Quality Week is an exclusive stage of the World Meat Championship that expands the evaluation process by incorporating specialized meat restaurants and hotels as venues for assessment.
From September 11 to 13, 2026, more than 20 establishments across the country will open their kitchens to host the competition’s technical judging sessions. Experts, chefs and industry professionals will evaluate the samples following an anonymous, technical and standardized protocol, ensuring objectivity and consistency in every result.
This stage incorporates the gastronomic experience as a fundamental dimension of the evaluation process, further strengthening the rigor and reliability of the championship.
