A history-making event
The World Meat Championship 2025 took place in Buenos Aires, bringing together entries from countries such as Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Peru, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina.
Throughout the event, an international jury evaluated the cuts under strict quality criteria, considering key attributes such as tenderness, juiciness, and flavor.
The competition aimed to recognize the world’s best steaks—ribeye and striploin—categorized according to their feeding system (grass-fed or grain-fed).
